Shipping

Please allow 7-15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing.

Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination.

Tracking confirmation by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email mosthauntedworldwide@gmail.com for further assistance.

For your protection, shipping addresses cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Shipping Address | Double-check and ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and up-to-date.

Delivery | Having issues? Contact your carrier with tracking information. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact USPS for more information.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays, and cannot predict what the fees may be. You may contact your local customs office for additional information.

If your order is delayed, if an attempted delivery was noted, or if the status of your order appears as delivered but your order is missing, please contact the assigned carrier for assistance. 

Return Policy | All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at mosthauntedworldwide@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn, unwashed and sent back in its original packaging.
